A DAY OF SPIRITUAL WISDOM

Please arrive between 8:00-8:30 a.m. Light fare, coffee, and teas will be provided in the a.m. and on breaks. We will break for lunch (included) from 12:30 - 1:30 p.m. Retreat ends at 5:00.



2 DAY RETREATS

Please arrive for weekend Retreats between 6:00 - 7:00 p.m. (Friday) on the first day. Retreat ends at 5:00 p.m. the last day (Sunday). No meal is provided Friday night.

3 DAY RETREATS

Please arrive for all 3-Day Retreats between 6:00 - 7:00 p.m. on the first day of class (Friday). Retreat begins at 7:00 and ends at 5:00 p.m. the last day (Monday). No meal is provided Friday night.
